30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact josue@openocular.com. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at josue@openocular.com. We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at josue@openocular.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund the purchase cost.
Non-Returnable Items
